The view from the rooftop was stunning, but the pool was smaller than expected and WiFi was a bit dodgy. Staff were super friendly, though, which made it better.

missingWrote a review on Nov 20rooftop viewspacious roomspoor wifi
The rooftop offers a partial view of the pyramids, creating a nice backdrop for drinks or meals. The room sizes are spacious, allowing ample room to move around, despite some layout quirks.
The Wifi is practically useless, making it hard to stay connected. The room layout is odd, featuring multiple columns that disrupt space, and the beds are quite uncomfortable. Rusty fixtures in the shower need urgent attention, as does the overall cleanliness of the rooms, which often seem neglected. Noise from the surrounding neighborhood can be bothersome at night, with street music and howling dogs. Breakfast falls short, lacking quality and variety, leaving much to be desired.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The staff really went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay. We loved the rooftop view and appreciated the free Wi-Fi throughout our time there. the daily manager's reception was a nice touch, making our evenings relaxing and enjoyable.
One downside was that the room service could be a bit slow at times, and we experienced some wait during peak hours.

the 'balcony' was just a weak window and i had to shove it hard. and where was my washing machine? the only one was with a caregiver. i mean, as a guest, simple amenities should be a given. almost thought of giving a good review but just couldn’t due to these major inconveniences.
